Pink Fawn Lily
Erythronium revolutum
Pink fawn lily is a choice Pacific Northwest spring ephemeral with nodding rose-pink flowers over mottled leaves, carpeting moist woods and stream banks before fading by summer. Like other trout lilies, the bulb is a traditional food raw or cooked, with a mild bitter taste raw that sweetens when cooked.
